Can I use it internally?
No — Dr Ann Feminine Wash is designed for the external intimate area only. Internal cleansing (douching) is not recommended as it can disrupt the natural balance of intimate flora. Focus on gentle outer cleansing.
What makes Dr Ann Feminine Wash different from regular body wash?
Two key differences. First, pH balance — regular body wash is alkaline (pH ~9-10) which disrupts the delicate intimate microflora; Dr Ann is calibrated to match the body's natural intimate pH. Second, the formulation includes prebiotic Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate, Aloe Vera, Vitamins B3/B5/C/E, and tea tree oil — supporting both cleansing and skin health, not just surface foam.
Is it safe during menstruation?

No parabens, no SLS, no SLES, no soap base, no alcohol, no artificial colors. The surfactants used (Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Decyl Glucoside, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine) are gentle, plant-derived cleansers chosen specifically for sensitive skin. Preservatives are paraben-free (Hydroxyacetophenone, Chlorphenesin, 1,2-Hexanediol).
Does it have a strong scent?
The Rose variant has a light, fresh rose scent designed to be subtle, not perfumed. The scent fades within minutes of rinsing. If you have a sensitivity to fragrances, we recommend doing a patch test first.
How should I store it?
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Shelf life is 30 months unopened; once opened, use within 12 months for best quality. Always check the expiry date printed on the bottle.
